Prōsa Performance
Straightforward, structured coaching for high performers, endurance athletes, and ambitious individuals. In-person and online — built around you.
About Sam
I'm Sam Abrahams — a coach who has lived the goals I help others achieve. From completing Ironman Lanzarote after just twelve weeks of structured training, to professional football and HYROX competition, my coaching is grounded in real experience and evidence-based practice.
Prōsa Performance was built because I believe most fitness programmes fail people. They're generic, short-term, and lack the structure and relationship needed for lasting results.
I work with a small number of clients at a time — so every programme is tailored, adaptive, and genuinely built around your life.
Performance is not just about hitting targets — it's about feeling strong in daily life and accomplishing what once felt impossible.
— Sam Abrahams, Founder
What I Offer
Boutique, in-person coaching for high performers aged 40+. Every session is purposeful, adaptive, and relationship-driven.
Structured, goal-oriented coaching for endurance athletes and busy individuals aged 18–50 who train around demanding schedules.
Community-based fitness for all levels and abilities. Structured sessions that build strength, endurance, and camaraderie.
The Approach
Every programme is built on the same foundation: daily habits that compound into extraordinary outcomes. The Goal Pyramid is the framework that connects your everyday actions to your biggest ambitions.
Nothing exists in isolation. Each session, each recovery day, each milestone is part of a deliberate structure — engineered backwards from the goal you want to reach.
The Kaizen Loop sits at the heart of it — continuous reflection and adaptation, so your programme evolves as you do.
Getting Started
We have an honest conversation about where you are, where you want to get to, and what's been getting in the way. Just two people talking.
A bespoke programme built backwards from your goal — structured, realistic, and adaptive.
In-person or online — sessions with purpose, feedback in real time, and accountability throughout.
Regular reviews, adjusted plans, and the Kaizen approach — always improving, never static.

Bank Holiday Monday, 25th May 2026 · 9:00am – 12:30pm
I'm proud to be a sponsor of The Big Barnet Walk this May — a relaxed 5km circular countryside walk around Totteridge, London N20, raising vital funds for Cherry Lodge Cancer Care, a local charity supporting people living with cancer, along with their carers, family and friends.
The walk starts and ends at The Orange Tree pub, Totteridge Village, and is perfect for families, friends, children and dogs. Every finisher gets a goody bag and a medal. Places are limited to 150, so don't leave it too late — registration is £10 per person (free for under 12s), with a suggested minimum sponsorship of £50 per person or £100 for a family.
Events like this sit at the heart of what Prōsa Performance is about: making movement accessible, inclusive, and connected to something bigger than a gym session. Come and say hello on the day — I'd love to meet you.
Coach's Notes
Coming Soon
It's not motivation. It's not discipline. It's structure — and the absence of a real relationship with your programme. I'll be writing about this soon.

Yes, it's possible. No, it's not reckless — if the structure is right. I'll share exactly how I approached Ironman Lanzarote and what I'd tell someone in the same position today.
